i have sat on both sides of the table.

as an auditor i looked at how a business should show up in its numbers. as a credit analyst i wrote the memos that decided whether a company got its money. at luminor i owned the bank's loan and deposit pricing methodology.

from the bank i moved to the other side. as finance lead of a 500 MW pumped-hydro project i raised €11m of development equity and a €1.1m state grant.

as finance lead one thing stayed with me: proper accounting is your credit history, and your report ends up in front of one tired person with ten more on the desk.

why nosweat.finance? through my work and through friends i saw how small business owners actually get by. to them the annual report was a bureaucratic duty that seemed to serve no purpose. their documents were never in order, and when the report came due nobody wanted to spend hours hunting for missing receipts. the e-äriregister portal was hard to follow. and this was their only obligation, since they had no monthly tax returns to file.

they needed someone to help them get the report done. nosweat.finance is built for that one duty.

i have worked in marketing for more than 15 years, across several companies whose clients were mostly other businesses — b2b clients. that has given me a good sense of how b2b marketing differs from b2c, and how important it is to understand not just the company's needs, but the person behind that company.

i have worked at a small company where i did not hold just one role. i handled project management, marketing, sales, hr and some of the accounting — often all of it in the same day. i have also been a micro-entrepreneur myself. those experiences taught me what it actually means to run a small business: little time, few people, many roles, and any help that saves time or money is worth its weight in gold.

small businesses are an important part of the economy. i believe in entrepreneurship, and i like to support people who dare to take that first step and bring their own ideas to life.
